TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that participating in a motorcoach tour involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

● Motor vehicle accidents

● Illness, injury, or medical emergencies

● Delays, cancellations, or schedule changes

● Exposure to weather, environmental conditions, and unforeseen circumstances

 

I voluntarily choose to participate in this trip and assume all such risks, known and unknown, associated with travel and group participation.

2. Release of Liability

In consideration for being permitted to participate in this trip, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Organizer, its officers, agents, contractors, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to person or property that may occur during or as a result of my participation in this trip, including transportation to and from the designated destinations.

 

 

3. Medical Authorization

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize the Organizer and its representatives to obtain medical treatment for me and release them from liability in securing such treatment. I agree to be financially responsible for any costs associated with medical care received during the trip.

4. Participant Responsibility

I agree to follow all trip guidelines, safety instructions, and policies set forth by the Organizer, the motorcoach provider, and any vendors or partners involved in the trip. I understand that I am responsible for my conduct and may be removed from the trip at my own expense for disruptive or unsafe behavior.

 

5. Force Majeure

I understand that the Organizer is not responsible for acts beyond its control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, weather events, mechanical failures, strikes, government actions, health emergencies, or other unforeseen interruptions. Refunds or adjustments in such cases will be at the Organizer’s discretion and in accordance with its published policies.

 

6. Photo and Video Release

I grant permission for the Organizer to use any photographs, videos, or testimonials taken of me during the trip for promotional, advertising, or educational purposes, without compensation or prior approval.

 

7. Acknowledgment and Consent

I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms of this waiver. I am at least 18 years old and am legally competent to sign this document. If signing for a minor, I affirm that I am the parent or legal guardian and accept the terms on their behalf.

 

8. Deposit Information

To reserve a seat on a scheduled bus trip, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking.

  • Payment Schedule

    • First Payment (Initial 50%):
      The first 50% payment is due at the time of booking and is required to secure and confirm the trip reservation.

    • Second Payment (Final 50%):
      The remaining 50% payment is due no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled trip date.

 

  • Reservation Terms

    • Reservations are not confirmed until the initial 50% deposit is received.

    • Failure to submit the remaining balance by the 30-day deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation, with the deposit forfeited.

    • Purchases made within 30 days of departure must be paid in full at the time of booking.

 

  • Cancellations & Refunds

    • The 50% deposit is non-refundable.

    • Any additional payments made may be subject to refund policies based on the cancellation date and trip-specific terms.

 

9. Trip Minimum

Minimum of 30 tickets sold for trip to go. If trip doesn't go, you will receive a full refund. You will be notified a minimum of two weeks prior to departure.

 

10. Refunds

No refunds -- All sales final. If the event is canceled, refunds will be given in the form of credit towards a future trip. No cash refunds will be given.

 

11. Parking

Midwest Bus Trips, parking lot owners and shopping center management assume and accept no responsibility for the safety of your vehicle or its contents at the place of departure. If you choose to park and leave your vehicle there, you do so willingly and at your own risk. If you choose to leave your vehicle, please park only in the areas designated circled areas on parking maps. Vehicles not parked in the indicated areas may be subject to towing and all expenses incurred are the responsibility of the owner.

 

12. General Ticketing / Package Information

  • Digital tickets will be emailed 24 - 48 hours prior to departure

  • Hard tickets will be handed out on the bus at departure.

  • Not all venues and teams offer group ticketing. Third party ticket sourcing may be used to fulfill orders.

  • For any MLB Game, you must download the MLB Ballpark App

  • Package pricing may fluctuate

  • Tickets purchased together on same order / requested group seating

    • In most cases, tickets purchased in groups of four will be seated directly together, which may include piggy-backing.

    • Tickets in groups of more than four will likely be broken up, for example if you order six tickets, you may be grouped three and three or four and two, based upon availability. All effort will be made to seat your group as close together as possible.

    • Group ticketing requests will be filled upon availability.
